We’re currently looking for Reservations advisors to join our small and fun team based in Bournemouth – but don’t think this is just like every other call centre role!
You’ll get to speak to our wonderful customers, many of whom travel multiple times a year and you’ll be booking great value holidays. You’ll be part of a team where everyone knows your name and you’ll get to enjoy a fun and friendly environment.
The role is full time and includes weekend work on a rota basis – you’ll typically work one full weekend and one Saturday or Sunday per month. To ensure our high service levels, we operate a variety of shifts but there’s not silly early starts or super late nights – our earliest shift is 8am – 4.30pm and our latest is 9.30am – 6pm. Sunday we’re only open 9am – 3pm and you get a full day off in the week in lieu, so you’ve still got plenty of time for a life outside work.
The Reservations Advisor – Duties and skills
As a Sales Advisor you\’ll be the primary or inbound sales for all hotels. You’ll become an expert in all areas of our holidays and assist our customers with selecting the right break for them.
Duties:
- Answer inbound calls for booking and brochure enquiries
- Answer customer emails and website call-backs
- Working closely with the various hotels and coach team
- Sending booking paperwork and brochures
Skills:
We’re looking for people with the following skills. Any previous travel our tourism experience is welcome but certainly not essential as full training will be provided.
- Hard working and self-motivated
- Ability to work well in team
- Good computer skills (full booking system training will be given
- A willingness to learn
