We have an exciting new opportunity for a Receptionist to join us at Daish\’s Hotels!

Offering a competitive salary of up to £12.50 per hour after a 3-month probation period. We provide continuous all-year-round employment – we don’t close for the winter months! You also receive £50 upon completing basic Daish\’s training, and if you refer a friend, you\’ll split £100!

Hours include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

We are seeking a friendly receptionist to be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring excellent guest care and service.

Skills and capabilities:

  • Meet, greet, and attend to guests’ needs to ensure a superb customer service experience
  • Build rapport with guests and resolve complaints or issues promptly
  • Handle guest requests to ensure a comfortable stay
  • Keep the reception area clean and tidy
  • Manage office duties, including emails, filing, and switchboard operations
  • Assist in other hotel areas as needed
