We have a new exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join us at Daish's Hotels! Offering a competitive salary of up to £11.69 per hour after a 3 month probation period. We also offer continuous all year-round employment – we don’t close for the winter months! You also get £50 once you have completed basic Daish's training and if you refer a friend, you’ll split £100! Hours include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. We are looking for a new receptionist to join our front of house team. This is a customer-facing role and you will be the first and last contact with our guests, so we rely on you to be a happy face and make a good impression. Guest care is paramount, and we pride ourselves on delivering fantastic service.
- Undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting, and attending to the needs of guests to ensure a superb customer service experience.
- Build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any complaints or issues quickly to maintain high-quality customer service.
- Deal with guest requests to ensure a comfortable stay.
- Assist in keeping the hotel reception area clean and tidy.
- Undertake general office duties, including monitoring and responding to emails, filing, and general telephone and switchboard duties as appropriate.
- Assist in other hotel areas if needed.
