Attention Production Chefs! Join us for a new and exciting career with Daish’s Holidays! If you want career progression or just stable all year-round employment then Daish’s is the perfect fit for you. We offer a fun and inclusive working environment at £12.00 per hour after a 3-month probation period. You also get £50 once you have completed basic Daish's training and if you refer a friend, you'll split £100!

Hours include evenings, weekends and bank holidays, but our kitchen team finish no later than 8.30pm! Breakfast shifts start from 7am and will be finished by 11am latest! Daish's Hotels are flexible employers and strive to facilitate a healthy work-life balance for Daish's employees. Skills and attributes you will bring to the chopping board:

  • Producing food as directed by the head chef
  • Assist in the implementation of menus with new or existing creations, ensuring variety and quality of servings for our guests
  • Work in conjunction with the Head Chef to maintain equipment required for the delivery of service standards
  • Assist with daily stock replenishment if required
  • In conjunction with the Head Chef, maintain all required legislative records such as the SFBB log, and labelling systems so that internal and external inspections can be carried out at any time.
  • Be aware of company Health & Safety policy in your workplace and assist others to help to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ability to manage tasks and responsibilities suitable to the role
