Role Responsibilities
- Ensure guests have well‑watered drinks in the evenings and throughout dinner. Drinks should never be empty and guests must always be the priority.
- Responsible for restocking the Bar at the end of shift or as the Bar Manager directs.
- Ensure equipment installed on the bar is left clean after your shift including floors, as shown in the Bar Cleaning Schedule or directed by the Bar Manager.
