Maintenance Person

We offer a fun and inclusive working environment with pay up to £13.25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also receive a £50 bonus upon completing basic training, and if you refer a friend, you\’ll split a £100 referral bonus!

Working hours include weekends and bank holidays, from 9am to 5pm, and 10am to 6pm on arrival days.

Skills and Experience:

• Maintaining external areas like car parks, paths, and roadways.
• Inspecting hotel rooms for maintenance needs.
• Carrying out maintenance in line with Health & Safety policies to ensure safety for all.
• Maintaining equipment and planning maintenance schedules.
• Performing carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing tasks regularly.
• Conducting health and safety checks, including fire safety, risk assessments, and legionella testing.
• Experience in maintenance, trades such as carpentry, joinery, plumbing, or electrics.
• Experience in painting and decorating.
• Relevant trade qualifications are preferred.
