People Partner — HR Generalist & People Experience Leader in London

Daish's Holidays is seeking a practical People Partner to provide trusted People support across the business. You’ll work with managers and teams across the employee lifecycle, offering advice, coaching and practical HR support.
In this hybrid role, you’ll split time between home and our hotels, visiting sites to build strong relationships and embed our HR processes and values. You’ll lead ER matters, policy updates, recruitment, onboarding and performance conversations.
