• Hours include evenings, weekends and bank holidays, but our kitchen team finish no later than 8.30pm

Responsibilities

• Clean all aspects of equipment, walls, floors, fixtures and fittings using cleaning products as instructed and at a time according to the cleaning rota or as directed
• Wash, sort and store all items of kitchen equipment, utensils and cooking implements
• Basic food preparation tasks as requested by kitchen management
• Be aware of COSHH, Health & Safety policy in your workplace and assist others to help maintain a safe working environment
