Attention Commis Chefs! Join us for a new and exciting career with Daish’s Holidays! If you want career progression or just stable all year-round employment then Daish’s is the perfect fit for you.

We offer a fun and inclusive working environment at £12.00 per hour after a 3-month probation period. You also get £50 once you have completed basic Daish\’s training and if you refer a friend, you\’ll split £100!

Hours include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, but our kitchen team finish no later than 8.30pm! Breakfast shifts start from 7am and will be finished by 11am latest!

Skills and attributes you will bring to the chopping board:

  1. Producing food as directed by the head chef.
  2. Assisting in the implementation of menus with new or existing creations, ensuring variety and quality of servings for our guests.
  3. Working in conjunction with the Head Chef to maintain equipment required for the delivery of service standards.
  4. Assisting with daily stock replenishment if required.
  5. Maintaining all required legislative records such as the SFBB log, and labelling systems for internal and external inspections.
  6. Being aware of company Health & Safety policy in your workplace and assisting others to maintain a safe working environment.
  7. Ability to manage tasks and responsibilities suitable to the role.
