Attention Commis Chefs! Join us for an exciting career with Daish's Holidays! If you're seeking career progression or stable all-year-round employment, Daish's is the perfect fit for you. We offer a fun and inclusive working environment with a pay rate of £12.50 per hour after a 3-month probation period. You will also receive £50 upon completing basic Daish's training, and if you refer a friend, you'll split £100!
Hours include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, but our kitchen team finishes no later than 8.30 pm. Breakfast shifts start from 7 am and will be finished by 11 am at the latest. Skills and attributes you will bring to the role:
- Producing food as directed by the head chef
- Assisting in the implementation of menus with new or existing creations, ensuring variety and quality for our guests
- Working with the Head Chef to maintain equipment required for service standards
- Assisting with daily stock replenishment if required
- Maintaining legislative records such as the SFBB log and labelling systems in conjunction with the Head Chef for inspections
- Being aware of and assisting with the company's Health & Safety policies to maintain a safe working environment
