Being part of our bar team is like joining an extended family, a big one! The majority of our guests will be returning customers who you will create friendships with as they visit again and again. Your job is to ensure they are well watered in the evenings and throughout dinner. Drinks should never be empty and our guests must always be the priority.
Responsibilities:- Ensure drinks are always available and replenished throughout the evening.
- Prioritise guests and provide excellent service at all times.
- Promote products and up-sell to maximise sales.
- Restock the bar at the end of the shift or as directed by the Bar Manager.
- Clean equipment, floors and other bar areas in accordance with the Bar Cleaning Schedule or instructions from the Bar Manager.
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Friendly and approachable.

- Proactive approach to upselling and promoting the business.
