Job Responsibilities
Assist with cleaning of equipment, walls, floors, fixtures and fittings. Use cleaning products as instructed and per the cleaning rota.
Wash, sort, and store all kitchen equipment, utensils, and cooking implements.
Perform basic food preparation tasks as requested by kitchen management.
Adhere to company COSHH, Health & Safety policies and assist others in maintaining a safe working environment.
Working Hours
Hours include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Kitchen team finishes no later than 8:30pm; breakfast shifts start from 7am and finish by 11am latest.
Compensation
£12.88 per hour. Continuous year-round employment – no winter closure.
