Reporting to the Head of Procurement, the Procurement & Trading Manager will have responsibility for procurement processes from supplier selection through to stock management and third-party trading. As a member of our management team within our division, our Procurement & Trading Manager would lead with integrity and as a role model of Dairygolds Values & Behaviours. Key Accountabilities * Efficient supplier management evident with legally compliant, price-competitive, sustainable and quality product, SLA adherence and forecasting of supply * The manufacturing demand for raw material and packaging are consistently met for UK & GmbH business units * Design and delivery of Supplier Performance Scorecard and remedial action to address areas of improvement or non-compliance * Design and delivery of up-to-date price catalogue for all suppliers o Third party trading partner relationship management; with profitability evident of all trading activity * Third party storage provider relationship management to enable optimal stock management at all times * Successful internal stakeholder management * Compliance with approved strategies, policies and procedures associated with the above Person specification * Demonstrable experience of supplier relationship management * Strong financial & commercial acumen evidenced by growth & profitability of previous account management * Demonstrable understanding of market analysis platforms and application to pricing negotiation * Experience of working within a support role and confident working independently. * Good experience of IT systems; ideally Oracle or similar plus strong Excel * Confident working with data and excellent attention to detail This role is for a fixed period of 12 months The closing date for applications is 29th August 2025
