We have a vacancy for an HR Advisor at our Leeds site in Swillington. The HR Advisor would participate as a member of the Leeds site management team with full responsibility for delivery of the people agenda for the business unit. They would also provide generalist support and advice to the wider HR function and associated business units as required.

Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Lead recruitment campaigns at all levels.
- Ensure a pipeline of operational resource (temporary and permanent) to meet demand.
- Manage agency relationships and conduct regular performance reviews to agreed service levels.
- Coach and develop managers in the effective application of people policies and associated employment legislation.
- Independent support of ER casework.
- Independent design and delivery of divisional MI reporting.
- Design monthly Leeds HR Scorecard for presentation, review and associated people action planning with the site leadership team.
- Support both UK sites with health surveillance, payroll and training co-ordination activities.
- Deliver local and wider divisional/group HR projects (e.g. GDPR and DE&I) as required.
Who are we looking for?
A credible, professional, and experienced HR Generalist who can independently operate at all levels within the HR function as required and be a member of the Leeds site management team. Demonstrable experience of:
- Practical application of employment law with HR policy.
- Payroll and associated statutory payments.
- Transformational HR projects.
- Demonstrable skills and behaviours.
- Excellent letter writing and written communication style.
- Experience of working with an HR system and excel reporting to support MI and analytics.
- Ability to influence at all levels.
- Confident presenter.
