Daintta are a rapidly growing, values-driven team of specialists who work with clients across Cyber, Telecommunications and Data. We are seeking a talented and motivated Technical Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of protecting the UK through data-driven insights and innovative solutions. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will work closely with our public sector clients and project teams to manage and engage stakeholders at all levels, elicit and manage requirements, and support the development of innovative solutions to our client’s complex challenges, from early proof of concepts through to live implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Engaging with key client stakeholders on a regular basis through 1:1s, workshops and presentations
- Designing innovative solutions for complex client challenges, working closely with our technical consultants and developers in our core areas of Data, Cyber Security, Telecoms & Networks
- Seeing challenges through from early Discovery into proof of concept and live implementation
- Owning delivery of small-medium sized projects, and being responsible for elements of our larger and more complex engagements
- Accurately delivering high quality work to agreed timelines
- Taking initiative specifically having confidence to engage with customers and support their team becoming effective quickly and adding value to the clients.
- Managing key client stakeholder relationships and making our clients love you (and us)
- Managing competing demands and time sensitive tasks
- Supporting client engagements, including pitches and presentations
- Identifying competing demands from all stakeholders and assisting the creation of deliverable timescales which will be agreed with the customer. Including pre-sales engagement, completion of bid documentation and presentations.

Skills/Knowledge
- You are degree educated, with 2-5 years’ industry experience
- You’ve worked in client delivery before – and have worked across a range of client projects – including some in our core areas of data, cyber security and telecoms & networks
- You are confident at stakeholder engagements including 1:1 interview and leading workshops
- Your interpersonal skills are second to none
- You are an innovator and expert in business consulting
- You have UK security clearance at SC or above or are eligible and willing to go through clearance
Location
Hybrid, with 2-3 days working from Daintta office (London or Cheltenham) or on client site as required.
