The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
This is a client facing role which manages the delivery of innovative consulting and technology engagements for Daintta clients. To achieve successful outcomes the role holder will have experience of working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure requirements are gathered accurately and managed outcomes are achieved. This could be both technical and non-technical engagements and working with clients at all levels of the organisation. They will be outcome focussed and able to build trusted relationships quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client relationships and ability to convey technical concepts
- Work closely with technical (engineering and cyber) SMEs to enable client delivery
- Lead client innovation workshops, transpose into solutions for delivery
- Work with and continue to build relationships with our strategic delivery partners
- Develop innovative solutions for client situations and ensure meeting of client goals and objectives
- Deliver outputs to time, cost and quality, ensuring that the deliverables directly contribute to client desired outcomes
- Identify and manage risks and issues and work with key stakeholders to agree mitigations and contingencies
- Effectively manage stakeholder relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Help to support & grow the Delivery Consulting workforce and team at Daintta
- Deliver projects and proposals in line with Daintta processes
- Deliver consulting work in line with Daintta's service offerings at the appropriate expectations for SFIA level 4 and 5
- Actively input into the company strategy and help to deliver strategic initiatives such as marketing, business development, thought leadership, framework development etc.
- Adhere to Daintta values of transparent, fair and daring at all times
Skills/Knowledge
- Demonstrable experience of supporting consultancy and technology engagements
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation to deliver the outputs and outcomes of an engagement
- Client outcome focussed and experience in delivering a range of client projects, including consultancy projects and (desirable) cyber projects
- Desirable Experience of business development including writing proposals and managing bids
- Desirable Healthcare experience β NHS
- Worked as part of a multi-disciplinary supplier and partnership team
- Experience in delivery consulting within security domains
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Security cleared or capable and willing to undergo security clearance

Hybrid, with 2-3 days working from Daintta office (London/Cheltenham) or on client site as required
