Daintta are a rapidly growing, values-driven team of specialists who work with government clients across Cyber Security, National Security, Law Enforcement, Telecommunications, Defence, Science and Technology. We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Change Manager to lead and coordinate business readiness and adoption activities to ensure successful operational implementation of change within secure organisations. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, user adoption, operational transition, and benefits realisation.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage business change and adoption strategies.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement planning.
- Coordinate training, communications, and operational readiness activities.
- Support organisational impact assessments and transition planning.
- Facilitate adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models.
- Manage business readiness assessments and acceptance activities.
- Track and report benefits realisation and change outcomes.
The role requires the following key skills / knowledge, non-exhaustively:
- Change management methodologies.
- Stakeholder engagement and communications.
- Training and operational readiness planning.
- Benefits management and adoption measurement.
- Workshop facilitation and conflict resolution.
- Strong understanding of organisational change in secure environments.

Hybrid, with 2-3 days working from Daintta office (London or Cheltenham) or on client site as required.
