We are seeking a talented and motivated Cyber Security Graduate to join our team and contribute to our mission of safeguarding the UK through data-driven insights and solutions.

As a Business Analyst at Daintta, you will build core business analysis capabilities by contributing to research, process mapping, and the development of client-facing deliverables. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to understand business needs, analyse data, and support the design of practical solutions. With structured learning and hands-on project experience, you'll develop a strong foundation in consulting methodologies and analytical thinking.
Key Responsibilities- Support stakeholder engagement activities by helping to prepare for and document interviews, meetings, and workshops with clients and internal teams.
- Assist in gathering and analysing business requirements, mapping current processes, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of business cases, options appraisals, and target operating models under the guidance of senior team members.
- Help track project progress and delivery milestones, supporting the implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Create high-quality documentation and presentations, including reports, slide decks, and analysis summaries, to support client deliverables.
- Participate in internal initiatives such as proposal writing, research, and knowledge sharing to support business development efforts.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across projects, learning from experienced consultants and contributing to team success.
- Take part in structured learning and development activities to build consulting and analytical skills.
- Build positive working relationships with colleagues and clients, demonstrating professionalism, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

- Degree Educated or equivalent.
