We are seeking a talented and motivated Cyber Security Consultant to join our team and contribute to our mission of protecting the UK through data-driven insights and solutions.
We are looking for a Strategy, Engagement & Risk Consultant who understands clients\β needs, considers both immediate and strategic goals, and applies their experience creatively to meet new and complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Cyber Strategy Development: Supporting the development and roll-out of cyber security strategies, capabilities, and operating models to meet our clients\β goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Understanding our clients\β needs, challenges, and opportunities, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders as a trusted partner.
- Risk Management: Conducting risk and maturity assessments, providing strategic guidance on improving cybersecurity posture using a risk-based approach with mitigations/controls and their impact on reducing risk.
- Communication: Using strong written and verbal skills to support presentations, reports, and communications to diverse audiences, including translating technical concepts into business language.
- Control Implementation: Implementing security controls with knowledge of how they interact with IT service delivery.
- Delivery: Providing high-quality work within timelines, taking initiative, leveraging team support, and jumping straight into tasks.
- Growth: Supporting and contributing to Daintta\βs growth, shaping our future.

Skills/Knowledge
- Relevant industry experience in strategic cybersecurity projects.
- Degree or qualification in cybersecurity, IT, or related field, or demonstrable experience.
- Knowledge of industry frameworks like NIST, CAF, ISO27001.
- Continued personal development through certifications or interests.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- UK security clearance at SC or above, or willingness to obtain.
Location
Hybrid, with 2-3 days at Daintta offices (London or Cheltenham) or on client site.
