We are looking for a Brand & PR Manager who can help get our brands seen, talked about, filmed, sampled, trusted and remembered.

About Us: We’re an entrepreneurial Aussie family, originally from Melbourne, running quite a few businesses across the US, Australia and now the UK and Europe. We’re not an agency, but you’ll get to work across a genuinely diverse range of products and brands. You’ll primarily be working with Dacie Clean, the detergent company of the family, run by Dakota. She opened the London office at Westbourne Studios in January 2026 to push some of our brands from the US into the UK & Europe. This is a role in a startup, so it needs initiative, resourcefulness, curiosity and a healthy ability to just get things done, with plenty of variety and room to make an impact.

You will help build awareness, credibility and recognition across Daintie, PODBOSS and LVP through content, partnerships, PR, sampling, creator relationships and brand building initiatives. This role has two main functions:

  • Brand Partnerships & PR
  • Social Media & Content

For Daintie and PODBOSS, you will help oversee organic content across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. For LVP, the focus is more trade visibility, LinkedIn presence, industry relationships and B2B awareness among laundrette owners and operators. Your time will not be split equally across the brands. Daintie will take up the largest share of the role, PODBOSS will need regular attention, and LVP will be more occasional and trade focused.

You will work closely with the Founder, Brand Designer, Ecommerce Manager and Brand Strategist/Copywriter, as well as our US videographer, freelance scriptwriter and two on‑call UK videographers for more professional campaigns. You do not need to have done every single part of this role before, but you do need to be curious, socially confident, quick to learn and comfortable making things happen.

What you’ll actually do:

  • Make content. Film and edit short‑form video on your phone: TikTok, Reels, LinkedIn. Low‑fi, fast, native. Product demos, founder content, customer stories, trend formats.
  • Get us talked about. Pitch journalists, podcasts and trade press. Find the story angles.
  • Get product into the right hands. Run sampling and gifting.
  • Build the creator pipeline. Recruit and brief UGC creators, manage deliverables.
  • Show up. Trade shows, partner venues, events.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Be a chaser, a go‑getter.
  • Confident filming, editing and posting short‑form content.
  • Experience managing organic brand channels and working with creators, influencers or UGC.
  • Strong, charismatic communication.
  • Can juggle multiple brands and projects without blurring their identities.
  • Highly responsive.

Nice to have: PR or media relations experience; TikTok Shop, affiliates or creator marketplaces; content for physical products; background in consumer goods, wellness, beauty, hospitality or trade.

Who this role is not for: This isn’t a role where you manage a social team from above. We need energy, appetite and comfort being visible. Someone proactive who’ll get out there, film things, talk to people, test ideas and capture real moments.

Location: Fulltime, onsite in London (Westbourne Studios, W10), with some travel within the UK for shoots. Up to 2 months a year remote work if you want to travel with coworking fees on us.

How to Apply: If you would prefer to attach a portfolio rather than a CV, that is totally okay. Just make sure somewhere in there is the word detergent so we know you read this. Feel free to include examples of content, campaigns, partnerships, PR activity or brand building work you’ve created or contributed to.
