As a dynamic and growing accountancy firm with over 1,000 employees, we are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our highly successful IT team. You will be responsible for the implementation and optimization of Office 365, Entra, Intune, and Cisco Meraki. You will play a critical role in deploying these technologies, ensuring seamless integration across systems.
As Infrastructure Engineer you will report into the Infrastructure Manager.
Key Responsibilities- You will assist the team in the deployment of Microsoft Office 365, Azure and Meraki network across the Dains Group.
- Collaborating with all teams across the business to help implement scalable solutions for the use of Microsoft 365.
- Ensuring all system security is to a high standard.
- You will be developing migration plans for systems such as Microsoft 365 and Azure, to ensure the migration between the Dains Group is seamless.
- Carry out root cause analysis to ensure all system performance issues are addressed and acted upon to a high standard. This includes implementing processes to overcome any potential inefficiencies.
- You will monitor and adhere to all security protocols and best practice.
- Be able to build close relationships with vendors and work closely with selected vendors.
- Proven experience in Infrastructure.
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies.
