Our Senior Proposal Bid Writer will support clients in identifying suitable EU funding opportunities and lead the development of high‑quality, compliant, and competitive proposals. The role involves project scoping, proposal writing, partner coordination, budgeting, and ensuring submissions align with EU programme requirements and scoring criteria.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor EU funding programmes (Horizon Europe)
- Match client needs/projects with appropriate funding opportunities
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand the client’s goals, capabilities, and project idea
- Develop project concept using logical frameworks, impact pathways, and EU methodologies
- Create proposal development timelines and responsibility metrics
- Determine the bid strategy
- Prepare the submission of documentation (from project development right through to completing the grant agreement preparation documents)

- Experience in developing successful grant applications
- Grant / proposal writing experience
- Managing entire submission workflows and document packaging under deadline
- Experience translating complex technical content into clear, scoring‑aligned narrative
