You will be working across multiple sectors and forming trusted relationships with owner managed businesses, and work in collaboration across the wider Dains firm. Key Responsibilities
  • You will manage your own portfolio of clients and build trusting and respectful working relationships.
  • You will carry out planning, executing and finalising audit assignments.
  • Assist with the development of systems and procedures.
  • You will ensure that the highest standards of quality and accuracy are met at all times.
  • You will be instrumental in team leadership, line management and career development.
  • You will be instrumental in guiding and mentoring junior team members.
  • Motivating and supporting team members to achieve their goals.
  • Be instrumental in the review process of audit files and completion is in line with best auditing practice.
  • Providing advice to clients where action and improvements are required, in a constructive and professional manner.
  • Working closely with directors and partners of the audit team in a collaborative and supporting manner.
Qualifications and Experience
  • You will have obtained ACA/ACCA professional qualifications.
  • You will be able to build strong client relationship management experience.
  • Have confidence and tenacity to develop team members.
  • Good time management skills and able to deliver quality results.
  • You must be willing and conscientious to deliver high quality results.
