Responsibilities
- You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering audit assignments from planning to completion.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, providing clear and constructive advice.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members—supporting their growth and ensuring high standards.
- Oversee file reviews, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and internal procedures.
- Collaborate closely with audit directors and partners, contributing to the firm’s success.
- Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- You will be a visible leader, encouraging teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- You will have obtained your ACA or ACCA professional qualification.
- You will be able to build strong client relationship management experience.
- Have confidence and tenacity to develop team members.
- Good time management skills and able to deliver quality results.
- You must be willing and conscientious to deliver high quality results.
