Our Senior Proposal Bid Writer will support clients in identifying suitable EU funding opportunities and lead the development of high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals. The role involves project scoping, proposal writing, partner coordination, budgeting, and ensuring submissions align with EU programme requirements and scoring criteria.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor EU funding programmes (Horizon Europe)
- Match client needs/projects with appropriate funding opportunities
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand the client’s goals, capabilities, and project idea
- Develop project concept using logical frameworks, impact pathways, and EU methodologies
- Create proposal development timelines and responsibility metrics
- Determine the bid strategy
- Prepare the submission of documentation (from project development right through to completing the grant agreement preparation documents)

- Experience in developing successful grant applications
