Position Summary
We are looking for a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive to join our growing team in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a hands-on role for someone with experience across DTC marketing and e-commerce who can bring creativity, structure, and energy to our digital presence. Working closely with our Managing Director and creative partners, you will help drive engagement, conversions, and storytelling across all Daimon Barber digital touchpoints — from our Shopify store and Amazon listings to our global social platforms and brand partnerships. You’ll have a commercial mindset and a passion for beauty, grooming, and lifestyle brands. You’ll be organised, digitally savvy, and able to translate brand storytelling into measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- E-Commerce & Web
- Manage and optimise our Shopify store (.com and .co.uk) — including content updates, product listings, and promotions.
- Work closely with operations to maintain accurate stock, pricing, and fulfilment flows.
- Monitor site performance, conversion rates, and customer experience, recommending and implementing improvements.
- Maintain brand presentation and ensure consistent imagery and copy across all product pages.
- Digital Marketing
- Support the creation and rollout of marketing campaigns for launches, collaborations, and events (e.g., Andy Goldstein Limited Edition, Hydro Surge, Christmas gifting).
- Manage email marketing via Klaviyo, including automation flows, newsletters, and campaign analytics.
- Contribute to paid media campaigns and oversee performance metrics in collaboration with external partners.
- Develop content for Brand Registry, ensuring listings, imagery, and A+ content are optimised to brand standards with all our commercial partners.
- Social Media & Content
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok in line with the marketing calendar.
- Work with the wider team on campaign assets — photography, reels, and storytelling.
- Support ambassador, salon, and influencer collaborations with content and reposts.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on key KPIs including website traffic, conversion, engagement, and sales.
- Provide actionable insights to optimise campaigns and digital activity.
- Use GA4, Meta Business Suite, and Shopify analytics to measure performance and identify growth opportunities.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing and e-commerce (ideally within beauty, grooming, or lifestyle).
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, and social media scheduling tools.
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into creative action.
- Excellent copywriting and attention to detail.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently within a small, fast-moving team.
- Proficient in Excel, GA4, and Meta reporting tools.
- Genuine passion for British grooming, skincare, and lifestyle brands.
