How you’ll play your part

We’re looking for someone highly self-motivated and enthusiastic who has experience in supporting senior leaders and brings a strong commercial focus with a passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes. In this role you’ll deliver a first-class service to the Group General Counsel, Product, Planning & Training Director and Digital & Communications Director by providing high-level administrative, organisational, and co-ordination support to multiple Directors, ensuring efficient management of executive schedules, communication, projects and departmental activities whilst maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

What you’ll do

  • Manage high-volume inboxes and complex diaries, prioritising key actions, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless communication across multiple Directors.
  • Proactively prepare senior leaders for meetings and events, providing timely, high-quality documentation and ensuring they are fully briefed and organised.
  • Coordinate end-to-end travel and logistics, including transport, accommodation, hospitality, and detailed itineraries.
  • Support operational and people processes, including expense management, budgets, onboarding, and HR activities (starters, leavers, transfers).
  • Deliver seamless day-to-day operations by organising team activities, managing office support, coordinating visitors, and supporting events from planning through to delivery.
  • Lead end-to-end coordination of meetings and events, from scheduling and agendas to high-quality materials and accurate minutes.
  • Support Directors in tracking projects and initiatives, monitoring timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to keep everything on track.
