How you’ll play your part
In this role you will contact current and prospective customers on behalf of MBC/MBV through a variety of sales channels, with the goal of educating customers on offers for new and used vehicles, securing leads for the network where appropriate, while adhering to FCA regulations and ensuring a positive customer outcome.
Main Accountabilities
- Maintain an in‑depth understanding of FCA regulatory requirements and apply a consultative approach when discussing financial information with customers.
- Achieve a 10% conversion rate of outbound telephony contacts to leads for the network, recommending suitable vehicles and offers based on Mercedes‑Benz products and financial regulations.
- Generate a 25% conversion rate on LiveChat interactions, locating suitable vehicles on the Online Showroom and converting conversations into leads.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of GDPR and ensure all data and leads processed are accurate and compliant.
- Ensure all customer contact meets the high standards of MBFS and passes regulatory and quality checks.
- Support and liaise with the retailer and dealer networks by sharing lead and sales opportunities.
About You
- Strong sense of integrity to ensure FCA regulations are followed when discussing offers.
- Experience in a regulated sales environment (preferred).
- Self‑motivation to drive yourself to hit sales conversion targets.
- Strong rapport‑building skills to quickly establish relationships with prospective customers.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure GDPR regulations are adhered to.
- Understanding of the automotive industry and its products (preferred).
- Results‑driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs.
- Passion for the automotive industry and willingness to stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity.
