About you: You will have started your working career and have gained some experience in administration and customer service, but want to retrain in the specific field of HR, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
About the Role: This role is perfect for gaining a broad understanding of the Human Resources function through both day‑to‑day activities and involvement in key HR projects. With objectives put in place, this role will give you the opportunity to put your academic learning directly into the workplace.
Working within our HR department, your day‑to‑day will be varied, including:
- Using our HR systems and assisting in maintaining accurate employee records, handling administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Supporting our company car related admin processes, including assisting colleagues with inquiries related to cars and providing guidance where appropriate.
- Answering employee queries relating to existing policies, benefits, and procedures and providing relevant HR information to the business.
- Providing administrative support to the HR Team as required, including supporting reporting, invoicing, attending team meetings and contributing to discussions.
This is just an example of the topics you will learn. You will build relationships and liaise with a wide range of stakeholders from employees to line managers and to external partners. This is an entry level role into HR with a salary of 20k, depending on any previous experience.
