As part of our great team here at DTFS, we have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Customer Credit Risk Manager. We’re looking for someone to lead the Customer Credit Risk function by setting and maintaining effective credit risk assessment, underwriting, reporting, compliance and portfolio management standards across the Daimler Truck & Bus funding portfolio.

This role is perfect if you’d like to be accountable for ensuring lending decisions, policies, products, processes and systems operate within local and global risk appetite, legal and regulatory requirements, while enabling commercially balanced decisions, minimising credit losses, supporting audit readiness and developing the capability of the Customer Credit Team.

The role also supports key customer relationships by attending strategic customer meetings where credit risk input is required, providing clear risk guidance, and helping to build constructive relationships that support informed lending decisions and effective portfolio management.
