More About The Role

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Reward Partner to join our team at our Head Office in Willen, Milton Keynes. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will deliver a comprehensive Reward service across Daimler Truck UK Limited (DTUK) and Daimler Truck Financial Services UK (DTFS), aligned to the wider HR and business strategy. This role requires strong commercial judgement, balancing day‑to‑day operational delivery with the development and execution of longer‑term strategic Reward priorities.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Act as the subject matter expert for reward and benefits, advising HR and business leaders on approach, policy and market practice.
  • Monitor market trends, translating insights into clear recommendations and driving implementation where required.
  • Manage key supplier relationships (e.g. car provider, benefits platform, brokers), ensuring performance, governance and value for money.
  • Work closely with pension administrators and trustees to support the effective delivery and robust governance of our pension schemes.
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of the annual salary review and bonus processes in line with agreed timelines.
  • Drive annual benefits renewals and oversee the optimisation of our benefits platform, providing evidence‑based recommendations on design and competitiveness while ensuring a positive user experience.
  • Partner with Legal and Procurement on supplier governance and reward‑related contracting.
  • Support onboarding by ensuring colleagues gain a clear understanding of the reward and benefits proposition.

Payroll & Reporting

  • Act as the four‑eyes check for monthly DTUK and DTFS payroll, deputising for payroll processing as required.
  • Partner with DTAG HQ and local HR to deliver timely and effective headcount planning and benchmarking activities.
  • Collaborate with Finance and the Head of HR on payroll planning, forecasting and budgeting.
  • Provide high‑quality reward and workforce analytics to support salary reviews, benchmarking, job evaluation and incentive schemes.
  • Produce accurate HR dashboards, KPIs and ad hoc reports, delivering clear insight to inform decision‑making.

HR Compliance

  • Lead reward‑related HR compliance across UK entities, ensuring alignment with DTAG policies and local legal and governance requirements, while overseeing internal and external audits and compliance reviews.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and will ideally hold a relevant CIPD qualification. They will bring proven experience from a reward‑focused role, with a strong understanding of reward principles and practices, and thrive working in a small team and fast‑paced service environment. Experience of working in an international matrix organisation would be a bonus, but not essential.

About You

You will be highly numerate with exceptional attention to detail, supported by advanced Excel skills and a strong track record of undertaking detailed analysis. You will be comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative data, drawing clear insights to inform decision‑making and recommendations. Experience using Power BI is desirable, as is a natural aptitude for handling data accurately and efficiently to support reward reporting, modelling and evaluation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are key, as the role requires regular interaction with, and the ability to advise, senior stakeholders. You will be customer‑driven in your approach, building strong relationships and delivering pragmatic, clear and commercially sound reward solutions. Confidence in working autonomously, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively within a wider team, will be vital to success.
