This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is serious about building a career in HR—whether you're just starting out, transitioning into HR from another role, or have already completed a Level 3 HR apprenticeship and are ready to progress to Level 5.
This isn't a typical apprenticeship. Our HR team operates in a fast‑paced, commercial environment, so we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, juggle multiple priorities, and become a valued member of the team from day one. Alongside hands‑on experience, you'll be supported through a Level 3 or Level 5 HR Apprenticeship, depending on your experience and capability.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting day‑to‑day HR administration, ensuring records and documentation are accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing a professional and helpful service.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Assisting with reward and benefits activities, including our company car scheme and benefits administration.
- Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Using HR systems and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting employer relations administration with a high level of confidentiality.
- Building strong relationships across the business and developing an understanding of how HR supports operational success.
