We are delighted to confirm a great opportunity for a HR Reward Partner to join our team at our Head Office, in Willen, Milton Keynes. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will deliver a comprehensive Reward service to Daimler Truck UK Limited (DTUK) and Daimler Truck Financial Services UK (DTFS) in line with the overall HR and Business strategy, policy and legal requirements.

- Compensation & Benefits
- Act as the subject matter expert on reward and benefits, providing guidance to the HR team and business leaders on reward approaches, benefits policies and market practice.
- Monitor industry trends and developments in employee benefits to ensure the company remains informed of relevant market changes and be responsible for cascading any changes and proposing the implementation of changes, where necessary.
- Manage relationships with reward and benefits suppliers including company car providers, benefits platform provider and brokers, ensuring contractual performance and value for money.
- Annual Salary Review and Bonus – lead the end‑to‑end delivery of our Annual Salary Review and Annual Bonus processes in line with the agreed timelines.
- Lead our annual benefits renewals with brokers and platform provider, making evidence‑based recommendations on benefit design and competitiveness, as well as ensuring our colleague benefits window calendar is adhered to.
- Maintain full ownership of the benefits platform, ensuring accuracy, compliance and a positive user experience.
- Partner with Legal and Procurement on reward and benefits contracting and supplier governance.
- Work with the HR team on colleague onboarding and induction to ensure a clear understanding of our reward and benefits proposition.
- Design and deliver clear reward and benefits communications to support engagement and understanding.
- Payroll & Reporting
- Act as the four‑eyes check for the monthly DTUK and DTFS payroll; deputise for the monthly payroll processing in the HR & Payroll Coordinator’s absence.
- In partnership with relevant German HQ (DTAG) colleagues and the local HR team, ensure all routine headcount planning activities and benchmark activities are delivered effectively and in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Finance team and Head of HR on inter‑related HR/Finance topics, such as delivering accurate payroll planning, forecasting and budgeting.
- Deliver high quality reward and workforce analysis to support salary review, benchmarking, job evaluation and long‑term incentive schemes.
- Own the production of accurate HR dashboards, KPIs and ad‑hoc reporting, providing insight to support decision making.
- HR Compliance
- Lead on reward related HR compliance, ensuring effective implementation of DTAG policies across UK entities.
- Develop and implement local HR compliance policies where required, ensuring alignment with legal and governance standards.
- Ensure reward, payroll and reporting activities meet audit, risk and compliance requirements.
- Lead and support internal and external HR audits and compliance reviews.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and will ideally hold a relevant CIPD qualification or an equivalent Reward‑specific qualification. They will bring proven experience from a Reward focused role, with a strong understanding of reward principles and practices, and thrive working in a small team and fast‑paced service environment. Experience of working in an international matrix organisation would be a bonus, but not essential.
You will be highly numerate with exceptional attention to detail, supported by advanced Excel skills and a strong track record of undertaking detailed analysis. You will be comfortable working with both qualitative and quantitative data, drawing clear insights to inform decision‑making and recommendations. Experience using Power BI is desirable, as is a natural aptitude for handling data accurately and efficiently to support reward reporting, modelling and evaluation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are key, as the role requires regular interaction with, and the ability to advise, senior stakeholders. You will be customer‑driven in your approach, building strong relationships and delivering pragmatic, clear and commercially sound reward solutions. Confidence in working autonomously, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively within a wider team, will be vital to success.
