Overview

As the Senior Manager, reporting directly to the Director of Customer Service and Parts, you will:

  • Lead day-to-day Service Centre and Mobile Technician activities.
  • Deliver on budgets, targets, and quality standards.
  • Recruit, coach, and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues effectively.
  • Drive new business opportunities and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll make a real impact on both team performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with:

  • HNC/D in Motor Vehicle or Mechanical Engineering (minimum).
  • Proven management experience in the commercial motor vehicle industry (Bus & Coach or Truck & Van preferred).
  • A track record of leading teams, managing budgets, and delivering profitability.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and commercial skills.
