Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver exceptional learning experiences using the latest trends, tools and techniques to cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects across a range of stakeholders.
  • Adhere to FCA regulation and guidelines, ensuring good customer outcomes in line with the Consumer Duty principles.
  • Support ongoing compliance with the FCA’s FIT2.2 requirement of Competence and Capability.
  • Develop engaging training content across digital and classroom formats, continually improving delivery quality through evaluation.
  • Implement digital learning solutions and maintain eLearning material as part of the mandatory training schedule.
  • Run competency‑based assessments, identify behaviour gaps, and deliver programmes to improve performance.
  • Measure ROI of training and support transition to business‑as‑usual, developing non‑classroom materials as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in training, coaching and upskilling others to translate learning needs into action.
  • Team player with understanding of the captive finance industry in the UK.
  • Strong customer focus delivering good outcomes.
  • Robust knowledge of the regulatory landscape and FCA handbook.
  • Experience with digital learning solutions and best practice research.
  • Ability to maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent commercial awareness.
