How you’ll play your part

We’re looking for a results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and puts the customer at the heart of every decision. Resilient, forward-thinking, and driven by continuous improvement, you’ll bring proven experience across Product, Marketing, Engineering, or Commercial functions, along with a strong track record of shaping and delivering product strategies that accelerate growth, increase market share, and enhance customer satisfaction and profitability. In this role, you’ll lead the Product & Engineering function, owning product strategy and lifecycle management, driving successful market launches, and ensuring robust regulatory compliance. You’ll steer bodybuilder programmes and provide expert sales engineering support across the UK, working in close partnership with Sales, Planning, Finance, and Controlling teams to unlock commercial growth, enhance customer value, and deliver sustainable business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the Product & Engineering team, building a high-performance culture and strong capability for the future
  • Act as the voice of Product, influencing senior leadership and aligning UK priorities with global strategy while strengthening collaboration across HQ and the dealer network
  • Shape and deliver the UK product strategy, driving lifecycle excellence, competitive positioning, and commercial performance
  • Lead the UK Bodybuilder Programme, elevating partner performance, integration, and customer value to unlock growth
  • Deliver standout UK product launches end‑to‑end, aligning cross‑functional teams to maximise market impact and dealer readiness
  • Drive regulatory compliance and homologation strategy, influencing industry bodies to protect performance and support future growth

What you’ll bring

  • Leadership experience in a senior Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, or Commercial role
  • Proven success in developing and delivering product strategies that drive commercial growth, market share, customer satisfaction, and profitability
  • Clear, confident communicator who can simplify complex technical and commercial topics, with strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Proven track record managing complex product portfolios end‑to‑end
  • Strong grasp of UK automotive market, regulation, and industry trends
  • Experience delivering successful vehicle launches and go‑to‑market strategies
