How you’ll play your part

We’re looking for someone who combines sharp business insight, a forward-thinking mindset, and a highly collaborative approach. As a skilled communicator, you’ll invest in building and maintaining credible working relationships, using this as a foundation to influence and support senior leaders to translate organisational goals into impactful people strategies. As a trusted advisor and coach, you’ll be committed to empowering managers and leaders to cultivate high-performing teams, navigate complex people challenges, and foster a thriving workplace culture in partnership with the wider HR team.

A CIPD qualification and strong knowledge of the UK employment market and legislation are essential requirements for this role. We’re also looking for someone committed to staying informed of relevant trends and developments in the wider HR landscape while contributing to continuous development of our employee value proposition.
