For more information, visit DailyPay\’s Press Center.The Role: You\’ll work alongside a supportive, high-impact team of skilled backend developers to improve how other teams deploy and access their services, how we move data across our platform, and how we automate operations to enable future scale.Our backend engineering teams specialise in developing robust and scalable Go Microservices, leveraging a tech stack that includes AWS, Docker, Postgres, and Kafka. How You Will Make an Impact: Design, develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIsContribute to the transition to microservices, designing APIs and event‐driven architectureOptimise database performance and data structures for high‐traffic, real‐time applicationsCollaborate with cross‐functional teams to align technical solutions with business needsMentor engineers, perform code‐reviews and drive best practices in GolangWhat You Bring to The Team: 2+ years\’ of experience developing applications and their deployment mechanisms, including testing, scaling, and monitoring.Demonstrated proficiency writing maintainable, high quality, robust code.
