Daily Mail is seeking a Head of Customer Insight to build and own an ongoing insights function across key markets. You will lead mixed-methods research and collaborate with Brand, Product, Commercial, Strategy and partners to ensure insights inform decision-making.You’ll champion living customer segmentation, enable self-serve access and regular reporting; present findings at senior levels and drive adoption of customer thinking across the organisation, including using AI to extend reach.
