As an
AC Trainer , you will deliver technical training to engineers across Daikin UK's training centres, customer locations and partner education providers.
Your focus will include
DX air conditioning systems, splits, VRVs, F-Gas, refrigerant handling, installation, commissioning, servicing and maintenance .
You will: Deliver engaging
AC training
to engineers, customers and internal employees.
Provide technical training across the
Daikin Commercial DX, split and VRV product range .
Deliver training on
F-Gas certification, refrigerant handling, compliance and safe working practices .
Create technical training materials covering classroom, virtual and digital learning.
Support engineers across
installation, commissioning, servicing, fault finding and maintenance .
Help develop the next generation of qualified
Air Conditioning and F-Gas Engineers .
Identify training needs and develop effective technical training solutions.
About
You: We're looking for an experienced
AC Trainer, Technical Trainer or Air Conditioning Engineer
with the technical knowledge and communication skills to train and develop other engineers.
You will ideally have: Strong technical knowledge of
air conditioning and DX systems , particularly
splits and VRVs .
Experience within
AC installation, commissioning, servicing or maintenance .
F-Gas 2079 certification .
Ideally, an
NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning/Refrigeration .
Previous experience delivering
technical or engineering training
would be advantageous.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
The ability to explain complex technical information clearly.
A willingness to travel regularly across the UK.
Most importantly, you'll enjoy sharing your knowledge and helping other engineers develop their technical capabilities.
