An excellent opportunity for an experienced AC Service Engineer to join our growing Helpdesk Team.

Your hands-on fault finding expertise will help you transition to our fully office based technical helpdesk environment.

Providing high-quality aftersales technical support to our customers to satisfactorily resolve service and/or installation enquiries.

Working in a busy technical office environment, you'll be able to refer to and interpret electrical schematics and refrigerant circuit diagrams, to guide the customer on the fault investigation and come to a conclusive diagnosis.

Comfortable in supporting and educating customers over the phone, via Teams and by email while working within our technical office environment.
