Working within an established team of Field Service Engineers, liaising closely with Service Coordinators, you will bring valuable contributions to service requirements amongst our DX and Applied products:
- Providing telephone support to on-site Engineers via the helpdesk on a team rotation
- Produce detailed reports for customers and Regional Service Manager
This role requires an NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration and full F-Gas certification, along with demonstrated hands-on experience of servicing, fault finding and repairing Chillers.
