Due to increasing demand, having successfully delivered over 10,000 courses in the past 12 months. We're looking for an experienced Daikin Altherma & Commercial Product Trainer to join our growing Training Team.

What Will You Be Doing?
You will create and deliver engaging, high-quality technical training programmes for external customers and Daikin UK employees across the full Daikin Commercial (DX; splits & VRVs) and Residential (Altherma ASHP) product ranges.
Training will be provided through Daikin UK training centres, customer locations, and partner education providers as required.
Play a key role in raising industry standards by developing the technical competence of installation engineers, ensuring best practice in the installation, commissioning, servicing, fault-finding, and maintenance of Daikin systems.
Contributing towards enhanced system performance, reduced call-backs, increased customer satisfaction, and the successful adoption of Daikin solutions in the marketplace.
Create learning content through a blend of classroom delivery, live virtual training, self-paced learning, eLearning modules, video content, digital resources, and immersive technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR).
About You:
A confident and clear communicator , who thrives in delivering training and knowledge sharing, to up/cross-skill fellow engineers amongst the industry.
Adept in preparing highly-relevant and engaging training materials and modules.
Fully versed in all manner of installation, commissioning, service, fault finding and repairs to splits, VRVs and Altherma air source heat pumps .
Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Qualified with an NVQ L2 AC/R and/or Gas Safe, G3 (unvented cylinders), and F-gas (2079) .
Must be willing to do regular nationwide travel, as required.
