How you can play your part:
As a Key Account Manager, you will be working within the Construction chain, owning M&E Contractor accounts to offer non-DX solutions focussed on Daikins Altherma WS range.
This unique role focuses on influencing companies such as Main Contractors, Quantity Surveyors, M&E Contractors, Architects and End Users.
You will:
Develop long-term trusting relationships with key influencers / decision makers to influence and position Daikin as the premier brand in the industry
Focus on selling non-DX Ambient Loop solutions to M&E Contractors
Building and capitalising on relationships by networking with existing and new Key User Groups both inside and outside the HVAC industry; ensuring Daikins presence in new forums, i.e., CPD seminars, industry events, local business development events and specialist sector events
Develop an awareness of projects in the project chain and communicate with Regional Sales Managers and Product Management; tracking that project to ensure all commercial opportunities are capitalised on.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a candidate who has a passion to succeed. You must have a previous account management experience, ideally within the HVAC industry, as well as experience in dealing with M&E Contractors, Architects and End Users.
You will be a highly organised influencer, experienced in operating on all levels, who is able to prioritise individual tasks, ensuring that you can work under pressure yet always maintain accuracy. You will have a proven track record in sales and the ability to develop and maintain a strong pipeline.
You will need to commute into London, as well as nationally when needed.
