How You Can Play Your Part:
As a Helpdesk Engineer, you'll leverage your technical expertise to resolve a variety of customer queries, translating their concerns into effective troubleshooting strategies.
You Will Be:
- Acting as the point of escalation to resolve installation and/or service enquiries, knowing the right questions to ask in order to reach a conclusive diagnosis.
- Competent with electrical schematics and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Building strong relationships and trust with customers through excellent communication.
- Customer service centric, upholding the most professional, personable demeanour throughout to deliver service excellence.
About You:
You are technically astute, with a strong ability to diagnose and resolve issues across a range of ASHPs; specific Daikin Altherma experience would be highly advantageous. You possess:
- City & Guilds in Heating & Ventilation L2 or equivalent experience
- F-gas (2079) qualified, with adept experience handling refrigerants.
- G3 unvented cylinders / hot water systems
Your passion for mastering all technical issues has meant you've been a point of escalation to resolve breakdowns and reactive service call-outs.
