How Will You Make an Impact?
Working within an established team of Field Service Engineers, liaising closely with Service Coordinators, you will bring valuable contributions to service requirements amongst our DX and Applied products; splits, VRVs and Chillers.
- Attending customer sites across the whole region and carrying out vigorous fault finding/diagnostics, with a great degree of accuracy for first time fix
- Providing telephone support to on-site Engineers via the helpdesk on a team rotation
- Produce detailed reports for customers and Regional Service Manager
About You:
As a strong communicator, you will be confident in conveying technical information to your customers. A technical problem solver who has a methodical and analytical approach that inherently aids issue resolution. This role requires an NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration and full F-Gas certification. Along with demonstrated hands-on experience of servicing, fault finding and repairing Chillers.
