Working within an established team of Field Service Engineers, liaising closely with Service Coordinators, you will bring valuable contributions to service requirements amongst our DX and Applied products; splits, VRVs and Chillers . Attending customer sites across the whole region and carrying out vigorous fault finding/diagnostics, with a great degree of accuracy for first time fix Providing telephone support to on-site Engineers via the helpdesk on a team rotation Produce detailed reports for customers and Regional Service Manager About You: As a strong communicator , you will be confident in conveying technical information to your customers. A technical problem solver who has a methodical and analytical approach that inherently aids issue resolution. This role requires an NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration and full F-Gas certification. Along with demonstrated hands-on experience of servicing, fault finding and repairing Chillers.
