How You Will Make an Impact?
Manage allocated accounts to achieve/exceed agreed sales targets through the proactive and timely resolution of all customer queries.
You Will Be:
- Building, strengthening and maintaining effective customer relationships (by telephone, emails and at customer events) gathering customer/market insights which could aid additional sales.
- The first point of contact for customers and take ownership of timely enquiry resolution whether that be relating to deliveries, stock availability, or credits on accounts.
- Creating and proactively follow up daily sales and quotes to increase conversion to order placement.
- Taking ownership of Customers Order Book, including accurate processing and maintaining of their orders to meet the customers delivery deadlines; and attention to detail to ensure all orders processed correctly and are within the company discount policy, as well as working with Finance and Supply to manage customers' expectations with any potential issues.
