How You Can Play Your Part: As part of the Customer Onboarding team, you will play a key role in supporting internal and external stakeholders to effectively access and use Daikin systems. You will guide users on processes, resolve access and account queries, manage Stand By Me customer enquiries, and work with internal teams to deliver a smooth and efficient customer experience.
You Will:
- Manage customer enquiries through the MyDaikin inbox
- Process, track and complete Daikin ID creation and access requests within agreed service levels
- Support users with account access, permissions, login issues and profile updates
- Investigate customer-reported issues relating to system access, functionality or user experience
- Support the end-to-end processing of Stand By Me applications and associated workflows
- Gather relevant information and coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex queries efficiently
- Deliver guidance and support to new and existing customers throughout their journey with Daikin, helping to minimise delays and improve customer experience
About You: This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, customer-focused and enjoys responding to and resolving customer queries in a fast-moving environment.
