As a result, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist – Brand Experience to join our Weybridge team, to support on a 12 months Fixed Term Contract (maternity cover).

How You Will Make an Impact?
Develop and optimise the Daikin brand experience for both B2B and B2C audiences - via media, events and showrooms - in order to drive awareness, engagement and lead generation and support Daikin's ambition to become the leading low-carbon heating and cooling brand across residential and commercial markets.
You Will Be:
- Driving demand through media and lead generation, planning campaigns across digital and traditional channels, managing lead nurture programmes, and optimising customer journeys to maximise conversion.
- Planning and delivering exhibitions, events and brand activations, overseeing communications and logistics to create engaging experiences that generate high-quality leads.
- Developing showrooms and demonstration environments, coordinating branding, launches and promotional activity to enhance the customer experience and commercial performance.
- Creating customer-focused marketing content and campaigns, producing compelling tools and resources that educate, engage and support customers throughout the buying journey.
About You:
- Five years’ experience or more in in brand, media and event management
- Expertise in digital marketing, performance marketing and lead generation campaigns
- Hands‑on experience in developing solutions for retail, displays, showroom or brand activation environments
- An accomplished communicator capable of developing compelling content that drives engagement.
- You’ll have a full driving licence and be willing to travel within the UK
